Refund policy

Returns and refunds are available for all items and must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that we only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tag on and in their original packaging.

Swimwear can be exchanged only if the protective hygiene sticker is on the product. 

We’re happy to offer exchanges on gifted items, but please note that we do not accept returns for refunds on gifts.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for the UAE orders and Lebanon at this time. To initiate a return or a refund, please contact us at contact@wearethenecomers.com or on whatsapp +971547655666.

For the customers outside the UAE or Lebanon, the cost of the shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To obtain the return address, please contact us via email at contact@wearethenecomers.com

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.

As for exchanges, if you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do it would be to return your product through the process described above and a make a new order.
